Delivery and Terms

We aim to deliver stock items in a matter of days. We only post to the UK.

PRE ORDERS

Our pre-order policy is changing. If you pay now we will honour the price up to a maximum supplier increase of 10%, thereafter you will have the option to pay the difference above 10% or cancel the order. This is unavoidable in the current climate.

If you do not want to pay up front and intend to collect from us when it comes in you can reserve the item by ordering in the normal way. On checkout select "collect from store" and request to pay "Cash". We will charge you when it becomes available or just before. You can of course pay by card or cash when it comes in.


ALLOCATIONS

We aim to never knowingly exceed our manufacturer allocation.  However if allocations are cut or we are unable to supply in any way we limit our liability to all monies pre paid. Priority with be given to the order orders were taken.

DELIVERY - split orders

Each order is granted one delivery, split orders will be held until all your items are available or you can pay for additional deliveries at £3.99. You may wish to split your orders up.
We reserve the right to up grade or change your delivery service to another service. This may be due to item size.
Royal Mail services can be exchanged for Evri or DPD or personal delivery.
Evri can be exchanged for DPD or personal delivery.
DPD can be exchanged for personal delivery.
DPD will only be exchanged for Evri if the item exceeds permitted sizes or weight, or there is a known issue with the service.

Returns

Items purchased online that are delivered and are no longer required should be returned in a fully resalable and unused condition within 7 days at the customers expense.

Items purchased in store or collected in store can be returned in a fully saleable and unused condition within 7 days for a credit note or exchange for an alternative item.

Faulty Goods

Items that are purchased in store or collected from the store can be returned for repair, if repair is not appropriate then a replacement will be made, if a replacement is not possible a refund will be made.

Items purchased online or delivered unseen that are faulty.
In the case of damage in delivery the fault should be reported immediately it is discovered and within 7 days. Images of packaging will also be required.
If a fault develops within the guarantee then this should be alerted to us as soon as it occurs.
We will request details of the fault and photographs of any issues where appropriate. In most cases we will arrange for the manufacturer to collect the item from you and return it to you.  Failing that we will ask that you return it to us.  We will cover postage costs up to a maximum of what we paid to ship the item to you.

Delivery

We also offer FREE delivery on all orders over £200 in the UK
(Free delivery may not be available on bundles, big discount items or large items, these items will be sent DPD at cost price.)
Delivery on other orders within the UK is from £3.99.

We do not currently offer international delivery.
